I am interested in layer 3 protocols and routing optimization, primarily focusing on network measurement. Currently I am working on Cloud networking infrastructure and investigating the business model of network layer in Internet routing.
Along with my supervisor, Dr. Murat Yuksel, I am trying to integrate the computational power of cloud with physical router for offloading the data plane task to cloud to some extent and observe the feasibility of overall architecture.
We are using Quagga routers in Mininet environment for our experimental setup.
